With the cold weather coming, we are trying to save as many street cats as possible. For kittens, the cold is especially dangerous. We cannot take in more cats to house at our facility; we have been full for months. We NEED FOSTER HOMES.
This group of mom and 3 kittens need a place to grow and get healthy. Mom is extremely underweight and she needs to gain some weight before her spay surgery.
Foster homes must: Provide transportation to and from our facility. Be able and willing to administer meds. Keep fosters separate from your own pets. Your own pets MUST be spayed/neutered and current on vaccines. Be flexible on time frame they keep the fosters. (We can pull cats in from foster care only as adoptions create space at our facility.)
Please contact Gina if you can foster this group, or another group. We have everything from single kittens to nursing moms with large litters.

She is a shelter pull kitty from Genesee who tested positive for FIV on intake. Did you know that most kittens who test positive will sero-convert when retested a couple months later? It most certainly is not a death sentence or even a reason to euthanize. We have had whole litters test positive at first and then re-test negative, 1-3 months later. Smudge now has a clean bill of health and is waiting to be adopted. She is all white except for a smudge of grey on her head :)
