Foster Application

Thank you for your interest in fostering for Focus on Ferals! Foster homes literally save lives. Kittens in particular are fragile and do not thrive in a shelter environment, where they are exposed to illness and spend endless hours in cages. Foster homes provide one-on-one care and attention that is invaluable. In general, we seek to foster out kittens until they are adoption-ready – both physically and socially.

In order to best utilize foster resources for Focus on Ferals, we need to know some information about you and your home. Taking the time to answer these questions accurately and thoroughly is greatly appreciated. The purpose of this application is to determine how much time and experience you have so that we can place appropriate fosters into your care. Some foster situations are extremely complicated and time-consuming; others are relatively low maintenance. This form helps us know what you are able or willing to learn to do.
